However, if you are in the North Wales, UK region or Budapest, Hungary, in-person sessions can be arranged.

  • Your initial coaching session will be an hour long. Ongoing sessions typically last forty-five minutes.

  • Each session is tailored to your needs, involving discussions, goal-setting, and personalised strategies to support your journey. You decide what area of focus you would like the session to centre around.

  • Sessions are conducted weekly over a three-month period.

  • Client confidentiality is a top priority. Our coaching sessions are completely confidential, and I adhere to National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Code of Ethics and International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
